Refund policy

Unworn jewelry in its original packaging is eligible to be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund or exchange once it arrives back to us. If we feel the request is not reasonable (damaged or improperly used) we will not accept the return.

To start your return, email info@meilifinejewelry.com with your sales invoice within 7-days from receipt.

Your jewelry piece must be in unworn condition and in its original packaging to ensure safety while in transit. 

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and store credit for the full amount will be issued within 30 days of return request.
